Rental FAQ

When is Check-in and check-out?

Check-In starts at 4PM and Check-Out is at 12:00 noon on the last day of your rental.
 

Are There Laundry Facilities available?

We have a washer and dryer available at the canteen / pool area.

When is your pool open?

The pool is open during most warm months, May through September.
 

When are the payments due?

All Rental Fees are payable in two installments, ten percent is due at least four weeks prior to arrival, and the balance is due upon arrival or prior to commencement of the lease period.
 

Can my group bring pets?

Pets are not allowed on the Camp Sonlight grounds.
 

What is the cancellation Policy?

When cancelling a rental at Camp Sonlight, the deposit is non-refundable. If you are within 2 weeks of your rental date, we will require one night minimum rental of $250.00 be paid, in addition to the deposit. If your are within 1 week of your rental the full minimum rental fee of $250.00 per number of days reserved will be required.
